Respondents were asked whether they are members of a political party. The responses show that political group advisors are more likely to be members of a political party compared to the officials of the General Secretariat and APAs (significance level 0.01). Two thirds of all the political group advisors and slightly less than a half of all the APAs reported to be members of a political party. Less than a quarter of officials of the General Secretariat are members of a political party.
